We make hydration and cooling seamless for events of any size with our full-service approach. From delivery and setup to on-site support, we handle every detail so you can focus on your event. Our high-capacity water stations provide clean, great-tasting water, while our large-scale misting fans keep guests cool and comfortable.
1. Connect
We learn about the event needs, size, location, and timeline. Whether it's a festival, race, or outdoor gathering, we tailor the hydration or cooling setup to fit.
2. Plan & Customize
We manage all logistics, arrange dependable water access or deliver water directly, and help you explore sponsorship opportunities. Our team also helps design custom-branded wraps.
3. Deliver & Set Up
We deliver sanitized hydration stations filled with triple-filtered, UV-treated water — brought in or filtered on-site. Ice is then added to keep water cold for the duration of the event.
Our misting fans are positioned for optimal coverage, their water tanks are sanitized, filled, and tested to ensure continuous cooling throughout the event.
4. Operate & Support
We remain on-site throughout the event to monitor water levels, replenish ice as needed, and ensure all taps & fans continue running smoothly.
5. Wrap Up & Remove
After the event, our team safely drains any excess water, manages takedown, and ensures a thorough cleanup of the area. left with happy, hydrated guests and reduced plastic waste.
